数据处理:根据客户在本年度和上年度的进货记录,对客户的提货准时性、运输过程中杨梅鲜果损失情况、回款信用、销售额增长情况等维度进行打分,并计算客户总评分,根据客户总评分将客户分为1~5个等级,级别越低表示客户越优质。提货准时性评分等于提货准时率*100;运损评分(运输过程中杨梅鲜果损失情况评分)方法为,运损率小于5%的为100分,运损率在5%(含)~7%(不含)的为80分,运损率在7%(含)~9%(不含)的为60分,运损率在9%(含)~11%(不含)的为40分,运损率在11%(含)~13%(不含)的为20分,运损率大于等于13%的为0分;回款信用评分方法为,回款逾期率等于0%的为100分,回款逾期率小于等于5%的为60分,回款逾期率大于5%的为0分;销售额增长性评分方法为,销售额增长率大于等于5%的为100分,销售额增长率等于4%的为80分,销售额增长率等于3%的为60分,销售额增长率等于2%的为40分,销售额增长率等于1%的为20分,销售额增长率小于等于0%的为0分,其中销售额增长率为本年度相对于上年度的销售额总金额增长率;客户获得总评分的计算公式为,总评分=提货准时性评分*0.15+运损评分*0.15+回款信用评分*0.3+销售额增长性评分*0.4。根据客户总评分将客户分为1~5个等级,其中90~100分的为1级,80~89分的为2级,70~79分的为3级,60~69分的为4级,小于69分的为5级。
This study conducts a graded evaluation of red bayberry procurement customers in Zhejiang Province by examining multiple dimensions including on-time delivery performance, fresh red bayberry loss during transportation, payment credit, and sales growth. Such graded evaluation helps red bayberry wholesale enterprises carry out refined management of their procurement customers, and provides data support for formulating differentiated service strategies, such as flexible priority goods allocation, customer training, and adjustment of customer credit limits. This data analysis can optimize the supply chain management of the local red bayberry industry, promote the precise allocation of resources to high-value links, thereby improving the overall operational efficiency of the industrial chain, driving the development of the local red bayberry industry, providing a standardized template for industrial chain management in the field of agricultural product circulation, responding to the development trend of digital transformation of rural agriculture, and serving the rural revitalization strategy.
Data Collection: Filter customers whose IDs fall within the scope of Zhejiang Province from the sales database, and conduct data cleaning.
Data Processing: Based on the purchase records of customers in the current year and the previous year, score the customers across the dimensions of on-time delivery performance, fresh red bayberry loss during transportation, payment credit, and sales growth, calculate the total score of each customer, and divide customers into 5 levels (Level 1 to Level 5) according to their total scores, where a lower level corresponds to a higher-quality customer.
The on-time delivery score is calculated as: On-time delivery score = on-time delivery rate * 100.
The transportation damage score (for fresh red bayberry loss during transportation) is calculated as follows: 100 points if the transportation damage rate is less than 5%; 80 points if the transportation damage rate is ≥5% and <7%; 60 points if the transportation damage rate is ≥7% and <9%; 40 points if the transportation damage rate is ≥9% and <11%; 20 points if the transportation damage rate is ≥11% and <13%; 0 points if the transportation damage rate is ≥13%.
The payment credit score is calculated as follows: 100 points if the payment overdue rate is 0%; 60 points if the payment overdue rate is ≤5%; 0 points if the payment overdue rate is >5%.
The sales growth score is calculated as follows: 100 points if the sales growth rate is ≥5%; 80 points if the sales growth rate is 4%; 60 points if the sales growth rate is 3%; 40 points if the sales growth rate is 2%; 20 points if the sales growth rate is 1%; 0 points if the sales growth rate is ≤0%. Note: The sales growth rate refers to the growth rate of the total sales amount of the current year compared to the previous year.
The formula for calculating the total customer score is: Total Score = On-time delivery score * 0.15 + Transportation damage score * 0.15 + Payment credit score * 0.3 + Sales growth score * 0.4.
Customers are divided into 5 levels based on their total scores: Level 1 for 90-100 points, Level 2 for 80-89 points, Level 3 for 70-79 points, Level 4 for 60-69 points, and Level 5 for scores <69.
