This dataset contains >200 images of nuclei from Arabidopsis thaliana plantlets. Nuclei were isolated and DAPI-stained prior to confocal imaging. See reference Andrey et al 2010 below for further details on sample preparation and imaging protocols. Following imaging, the images were cropped around each nucleus. The images are stored as 8-bit 3D TIFF files.
