Fish10K

Fish10K（万种鱼基因组计划）是一个鱼类基因组学数据库。该项目由华大基因青岛研究院等机构发起，旨在通过三个阶段系统性地完成约一万种代表性鱼类的基因组测序与组装，以构建高质量的参考基因组资源。数据库目前提供已完成的鱼类基因组数据，并计划逐步覆盖所有鱼类目、科、属，以支持鱼类进化、生态和保护等研究。

Fish10K (Ten Thousand Fish Genome Project) is a specialized fish genomics database. Initiated by institutions including BGI Qingdao Research Institute, this project aims to systematically complete genome sequencing and assembly of approximately 10,000 representative fish species across three phases, to build high-quality reference genome resources. Currently, the database provides finished fish genome data, and plans to gradually cover all fish orders, families and genera to support research on fish evolution, ecology, conservation and related fields.
