Number of people aged 65 and over who stated “Yes, for everyone in the staff” or “Yes, for most of the staff” on the question “Do you feel confidence in the staff coming home to you?” divided by all people aged 65 and older in ordinary living with home care who answered the survey of older people’s opinion. “Do not know/No opinion” is excluded from the denominator. Data from 2012.
