镉超标对人身体的危害有很多。如果长期接触镉可能会导致人体出现镉中毒的现象,症状通常表现为呕吐、恶心、头晕,以及乏力等症状,严重的可能会引起患者出现肺水肿,或者对肾脏造成一定的损伤。水果中的镉含量的检测,为政府部门监管提供依据,避免因水果中的镉含量超标使用而产生食品安全问题,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)水果中的镉检测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)水果中的镉含量检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)水果中的镉含量发现率=水果中的镉含量检出问题项次数/水果中的镉含量监测总数*100%。
Cadmium exceeding standard limits poses numerous harms to human health. Long-term exposure to cadmium may lead to cadmium poisoning in humans, with typical symptoms including vomiting, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and other discomforts. In severe cases, it may trigger pulmonary edema or cause certain damage to the kidneys. Detection of cadmium content in fruits provides a basis for government supervision, prevents food safety issues caused by fruits with excessive cadmium content, and further ensures food safety for consumers. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sample number, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, testing method, maximum allowable limit, reported value and unit. 2. Data Processing: (1) Judgment of exceeding standard limits: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, it is considered as not exceeding the standard; otherwise, it is considered as exceeding the standard. The IF and OR functions are specifically used for this determination. (2) Total number of cadmium tests for fruits: Refers to the total number of inspected samples within the data statistics scope. (3) Number of problematic cadmium detection cases in fruits: Sum the number of test items that exceed the standard value using the SUMIF function. (4) Detection rate of cadmium content in fruits = (Number of problematic cadmium detection cases in fruits / Total number of cadmium tests for fruits) × 100%.
