RNA-seq of the adipocytes and the stromal vasculaf fraction isolated from mice brown adipose tissue

Given that adipose tissue comprises various cell types, we sought to identify the primary cell population influenced by Y-Plt. Based on preliminary results indicating a more pronounced effect of Y-Plt on improving gWAT, and the abundance of aging biomarkers is relatively highest in BAT, we conducted RNA-sequencing on adipocytes and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) in both gWAT and BAT following Y-Plt treatment in aged mice.
