3D atlas location of electrode recordings in mice during presentation of figure-ground stimuli (v1)

This dataset provides coordinates describing 3D locations in the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework of electrophysiological recordings from the visual cortex in awake mice from [Schnabel et al. (2020)](https://doi.org/10.25493/NHHM-1S5). Descriptions of the electrode’s position was translated to Allen CCF coordinates and used to create a line string object representation using the Locare workflow. The JSON file shared here follows the locareLineString schema [(https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON)](https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON), making the 3D brain atlas representation of the data available for visualisation and spatial queries.
