Laboratory students are at risk of developing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) due to sustained challenging postures and repetitive tasks. Ergonomic assessment tools, such as the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), provide valuable insights into posture-related risks and their association with lifestyle and health factors. This study aimed to evaluate ergonomic risk among laboratory students using the RULA method and to examine its relationship with physical activity, sleep quality, body composition, and quality of life.由于长期维持不良姿势并从事重复性作业，实验室学生罹患工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患（work-related musculoskeletal disorders, WRMSDs）的风险较高。诸如快速上肢评估法（Rapid Upper Limb Assessment, RULA）这类人机工程学评估工具，可针对姿势相关风险及其与生活方式、健康因素的关联提供宝贵的参考依据。本研究旨在采用快速上肢评估法（RULA）对实验室学生的人机工程学风险进行评估，并分析其与体力活动、睡眠质量、身体成分及生活质量之间的关联。
