Terminal residue of 10% difenoconazole WG in R. roxburghii and soil

The filed trials, including dissipation and terminal residue tests, were carried out in Longli County, Guizhou Province, southwest of China (106.97°E, 26.45°N) in 2021 and 2022 (July to Octobert), according to the guidelines on pesticide residue trials (NY/T788-2018). For the terminal residue experiment, 10% difenoconazole WG was sprayed on R. roxburghii plants and soil at dose of 150 g a.i./ha and 225 g a.i./ha, and each treatment was applied two or three times, with an interval of 7 days in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Purified water was used on the control plot. Fruit and soil samples were collected at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after spraying.
