2005 NSW Population Projections

Data files and papers for the 2005 release of the NSW population projections.\r\n\r\nThese projections have since been superseded. The latest release (at November 2025) is the 2024 NSW population projections, published in November 2024.\r\n\r\nThe 2024 projections are available at https://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/data-and-insights/population-projections.\r\n\r\nOfficial NSW population projections are updated twice in a five-year cycle. The schedule for these updates is linked to the timing of Australia's census.
