针对同步推拼泥水平衡盾构机连续性施工中故障样本不足问题,本数据集通过现场采集与专家经验融合,构建了盾构机故障诊断知识库数据集。数据集包含两类核心数据:在 CREC1398 号盾构机施工中采集的现场报警数据,涵盖报警变量、PLC 变量、报警说明等故障标签信息;联合中铁工程装备集团等单位建立的故障树模型数据,覆盖盾尾密封、泥水环流等 5 个子系统。数据经多轮校验与标准对齐,质量可靠,可为盾构机故障诊断模型训练、预警算法优化、运维决策支持提供基础数据支撑,填补了同步推拼模式下盾构机故障样本库的空白。数据集共计6MB.

To address the issue of insufficient fault samples during the continuous construction of slurry balance shield machines with simultaneous pushing and assembling, this dataset develops a knowledge base dataset for shield machine fault diagnosis by integrating on-site collected data and expert experience. The dataset includes two core types of data: 1) On-site alarm data collected during the construction of the CREC1398 shield machine, which covers fault label information such as alarm variables, PLC variables, and alarm descriptions; 2) Fault tree model data established in collaboration with China Railway Engineering Equipment Group and other units, covering 5 subsystems including tail seal and slurry circulation systems. The data has undergone multiple rounds of verification and standard alignment, ensuring reliable quality. It can provide basic data support for shield machine fault diagnosis model training, early warning algorithm optimization and operation and maintenance decision support, filling the gap in fault sample databases for shield machines under the simultaneous pushing and assembling mode. The total size of the dataset is 6 MB.
