Replication Data for craft sector in Morocco

This dataset offers a longitudinal overview of the economic output of key craft industries in Morocco between 2006 and 2015. It compiles annual production values (in Moroccan dirhams) for major subsectors of Moroccan handicrafts, including pottery, woodwork, ironwork, jewellery, leather goods, textiles, and other traditional craft activities. The dataset was constructed to support quantitative research on the evolution, contribution, and structural transformation of the Moroccan craft sector over a decade marked by national development strategies, such as Vision 2015 for handicrafts. The dataset is suitable for use in economic modelling, sectoral performance analysis, cultural-economy studies, and policy evaluation.
