All-RNA-seq data used in "Genetic resistance to DEHP-induced transgenerational endocrine disruption"
收藏资源简介:
We Investigate the persistence of negative impacts on sperm parameters for more than one generation in C57BL/6J and in strain FVB/N subjected to prenatal exposure to di(2-ethylexyl)phthalate (DEHP) using in utero exposures followed by Computer-Aided Sperm Analysis (CASA) sampling and all-RNA-seq analysis of germ cells transcripts. Pairwise comparisons and hierarchical clustering of: 1) 5 mouse C57BL/6J of the first generation that were exposed in utero to corn oil vehicle (C57.CTL.F1), 2) 5 mouse C57BL/6J of the first generation that were exposed in utero to DEHP (C57.D300.F1), 3) 5 mouse C57BL/6J of the second generation (C57.D300.2), 4) 5 mouse FVB/N of the first generation that were exposed in utero to corn oil vehicle (FVB.CTL.F1), 5) 5 mouse FVB/N of the first generation that were exposed in utero to DEHP (FVB.D300.F1).
