This dataset focuses on high-power semiconductor laser arrays. It designs the epitaxial structures, grating parameters and other key specifications for three types of high-power lasers based on moiré gratings, lateral Bragg resonant waveguides and asymmetric phase shifts respectively, and conducts performance tests including the lasers' PI curves, optical spectra and other related performance indicators.
