This dataset is a deeply structured clinical diagnosis and treatment knowledge base for hypochondriac pain in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It systematically integrates syndrome differentiation types of hypochondriac pain (such as Liver Qi Stagnation, Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals, Damp-Heat in the Liver and Gallbladder, etc.), multi-dimensional pain attributes including timing, nature, location, aggravating and alleviating factors, typical tongue and pulse manifestations, associated modern medical diseases, as well as corresponding treatment principles, herbal formulas, acupoints, and dietary and emotional care regimens. Its core applications are to provide standardized and analyzable data support for TCM clinical auxiliary diagnosis, teaching of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and integrated Chinese and Western medicine pain management, covering the full-process knowledge from etiological and pathogenesis analysis to individualized comprehensive treatment decision-making.
