The goal of this project was to make a reference assembly of Oryzias woworae. The genome of a female was sequenced using a PacBio sequencer and then was assembled using the Canu assembler.
These are the 454 sequencing reads generated from two Pachyptila belcheri individuals (Kerguelen Archepelago) from which the 26 microsatellite loci used in this study were isolated.
