The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Nord-Ost’ of the municipality of Rosenberg/Baden from XPlanung 5.0. Description: North-East, priority use MI, GE, GI.

分区规划（Zoning Plan，BPL）包含具有法律约束力的城市规划秩序管控规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为罗森贝格/巴登（Rosenberg/Baden）市的‘Nord-Ost’开发规划，源自XPlanung 5.0平台。说明：该区域位于东北部，优先使用MI、GE、GI类用地。
