RNA transcriptome sequencing of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma cell line HSC-1 treated with siNC or siLINP1 oligonucleotides

To figure out the role of long non-coding RNA LINP1 in cSCC and the underlying mechanism, RNA transcriptome sequencing was performed to globally characterize LINP1-regulated transcriptome changes.
