小鼠同步电生理和fMRI睡眠数据集

睡眠通常被认为是一种全局信号的变化。不同的时空尺度可以为睡眠研究提供更多的信息。本数据集提供了同步功能磁共振成像(9.4T)和电生理数据,其中包含了丰富的小鼠睡眠片段。数据集提供了全脑fMRI信号、高时间分辨率电生理信号、睡眠阶段(NREM/REM)标签和神经事件(sharp wave ripple/spindle)标签。为了便于应用,我们同时提供了两种信号的原始数据以及预处理后的数据。具体的预处理流程可参考引用文件。数据集包括24只小鼠,共46个4小时的扫描片段,其中14只小鼠共27次扫描片段用于ECoG-fMRI实验,10只小鼠共19次扫描片段用于LFP-fMRI实验。
Sleep is generally considered to involve alterations in global neural signals. Different spatiotemporal scales can offer additional valuable insights for sleep research. This dataset provides simultaneous 9.4T functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and electrophysiological data, encompassing a rich collection of mouse sleep epochs. The dataset supplies whole-brain fMRI signals, high-temporal-resolution electrophysiological signals, sleep stage (NREM/REM) labels, and neural event (sharp wave ripple, spindle) labels. To facilitate widespread application, we provide both the raw and preprocessed versions of the two signal modalities. For the detailed preprocessing pipeline, please refer to the cited literature. The dataset comprises data from 24 mice, totaling 46 4-hour scanning epochs. Specifically, 27 epochs from 14 mice are designated for ECoG-fMRI experiments, while 19 epochs from 10 mice are used for LFP-fMRI experiments.
