Analysis results from a cross-context eQTL comparison testing whether intercellular communication buffers genetic perturbations to signaling genes. Includes matched SNP-gene pair analysis (14.2M pairs across ImmuNexUT, eQTLGen, and OneK1K datasets), gene classification of 837 signaling genes (325 ligands, 307 receptors, 205 dual), nominal eQTL validation across 28 cell types, and summary statistics.
