<b>Is transformational leadership desired by </b><b>uncertainty avoidance </b><b>followers</b>

This study, based on the values-attitude-behavior model, implicit leadership theory, and follower theory, constructs and empirically tests a moderated mediation model to systematically explore how followers' uncertainty avoidance values affect their expectations for transformational leadership through vocational calling and achievement motivation, as well as the moderating effect of the degree of AI application in the workplace.
