This dataset collects and analyzes intellectual property (IP) data of specialized, refined, differentiated and innovative (SRDI) small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, including invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and software copyrights. Reasonable statistical analysis is conducted on partial data to derive the proportion of key intellectual property rights across different industries, which offers certain guidance for the scientific and technological development planning of other enterprises in the region from the perspective of intellectual property management. The algorithmic rules for the IP data of SRDI SMEs in Binjiang District, Hangzhou are specified as follows: 1. Data Collection: Obtain enterprise names and qualification status through third-party public platforms; collect the quantities of invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and software copyrights of target enterprises via third-party IP retrieval websites. 2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data and perform verification and analysis through official enterprise websites to ensure data accuracy. 3. Data Calculation: Calculate the total number of intellectual property rights (N) for each enterprise. The proportion of invention patents in the total IP is calculated as (number of invention patents) / N; the proportion of utility model patents is (number of utility model patents) / N; and the proportion of software copyrights is (number of software copyrights) / N. 4. Data Application: Analyze the data based on the IP quantity and total proportion of SRDI SMEs in various fields, summarize underlying rules in combination with actual scenarios, and provide guidance directions and data support for the scientific and technological development planning of enterprises applying for SRDI SME qualifications in Binjiang District, Hangzhou.
