The dataset comprises three core data files: 1) Grassland data collected from 89 fertilization experimental plots on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau between 2000 and 2019; 2) 145 sets of grassland degradation data on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau between 2000 and 2019; 3) Grassland monitoring data from Qinghai Province in 2017. Specifically, the grassland data from the fertilization experimental plots and the grassland degradation data on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau between 2000 and 2019 were excerpted from published papers in 2019, while the grassland monitoring data from Qinghai Province in 2017 was derived from grassland surveys conducted in Qinghai Province.
