<i>MDM2</i> polymorphisms and hematological parameters during chemotherapy, raw data and ratios

<i>MDM2</i> polymorphism status, raw data (hematological parameters) and ratios of hematological parameters for all patients in the DDP trial. Hematological parameters from blood samples collected before each cycle of chemotherapy (8 in total, 4 courses of epirubicin, followed by 4 courses of docetaxel, unless otherwise specified in the “notes” section), annotated as x(number of cycle)_Hb (hemoglobin)/LPK (total leukocyte count)/Neu (neutrophil count)/TPK (thrombocyte count). Calculated ratios for all hematological parameters are annotated as Cx(numerator)Cx(denominator), e.g. the ratio of neutrophil counts before the 4^th course of chemotherapy divided by the pre treatment neutrophil count is annotated C4C1. R_epi, R_doc and R_tot , the ratios used in statistical analysis, represent the ratio of cell counts pre and post treatment with epirubicin (C5C1) and docetaxel (C8C5) respectively, while R_tot (C8C1) represents the ratio of cell counts before and after completing all 8 courses of chemotherapy. Patients are presented in order by SNP309 genotype, then by del1518 and SNP285 genotype.
