In previous study, we found TTF could regulate M2 polarization in the atherosclerotic plaque in ApoE-/- mice, but the underlying mechanism remains unknown. To detect the effect of TTF on RNA expression of macrophages and the related signal pathways in ApoE-/- mice, we collected PMs of ApoE-/- mice pretreated with TTF and stimulated with ox-LDL. Then RNA was isolated and subjected to RNA sequencing. A total of 12 samples were tested, 3 from each group.
