This dataset is designed to evaluate the operational efficiency index of registered fishing vessels in Xiangshan. It conducts operational efficiency index analysis on these registered vessels from multiple dimensions including basic vessel information, vessel usage status, crew information, route planning and meteorological factors, so as to reflect the operational conditions of each fishing vessel in real time and issue timely alerts for vessels with operational efficiency issues. The operational efficiency evaluation formula is: E = (J1 + J2) × (1 - 0.1×W - 0.2×Z - 0.3×S) × T × J3 × B1 × 100 Where: - E: Operational efficiency evaluation result (numerical value) - J1: Evaluation result of the captain's operational and management capabilities (numerical value) - J2: Evaluation result of the chief officer's ship operation skills (numerical value) - W: Ship maintenance status, 0 or 1 - Z: Ship equipment renewal status, 0 or 1 - S: Ship operation status, 0 or 1 - T: Severity of adverse weather (numerical value) - J3: Whether emergency drills have been conducted, 0 or 1 - B1: Whether the vessel has joined channel planning, 0 or 1 Operational efficiency grading criteria: High efficiency: 80-100 points; Normal: 60-79 points; Low efficiency: Below 60 points
