Extended Data Figure 4 – Source Data (sEPSC properties after sub-chronic ketamine)

This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate Extended Data Figure 4, which examines excitatory synaptic transmission in dmPFC layer 2/3 neurons following sub-chronic ketamine administration.<br>Included data:- Cumulative probability distributions of sEPSC inter-event intervals and average event frequency (Panel 4a)- Cumulative probability distributions of sEPSC amplitude and mean amplitude quantification (Panel 4b)<br>Structure:- The worksheet includes inter-event intervals, amplitudes, and summary metrics for each recorded cell.- All values represent the raw data underlying the plots shown in Extended Data Figure 4.<br>These data correspond to the physiological measurements presented in the extended analysis of sub-chronic ketamine effects.<br>
