"MRIGS"

"A dataset comprising 5126 brain MRI slices from 22 human subjects at Peking University Hospital. All data are obtained from real clinical cases under institutional review board (IRB) approval, with sensitive information removed. Each subject provides three orthogonal slice stacks acquired in the axial, coronal, and sagittal orientations. Among these, 192 sagittal slices are used as the training set, while approximately 40 slices from the other orientations are reserved for testing. Each slice has a resolution of 512$\\times$512 pixels, corresponding to an in-plane spacing of 0.5$\\times$0.5 mm, with an inter-slice spacing of 1 mm. In addition, each slice is associated with pose information defined in the patient coordinate system."
