Basaltic crust biosphere 16S rRNA gene

This project aims to sequence the V4 region of 16S rRNA gene of the basaltic crust samples from North Pond, western flank of Mid-Atlantic Ridge.本项目旨在对取自大西洋中脊西翼北塘（North Pond）的玄武岩地壳样本的16S核糖体RNA基因（16S rRNA gene）V4区进行测序。
