The dataset shows, for the period 1.1.2016 – 18.9.2016, the total entrances on an hourly basis recorded by the cameras on the entrance gates to area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ), broken down by environmental class (EURO0, EURO1, EURO2, EURO3, EURO4, EURO5, EURO6, NC = not classified). The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
