Multiplex and spatiotemporal detection of single-cell antibody secretions using protein-patterned microwells

Data used in the article entitled ' Multiplex and spatiotemporal detection of single-cell antibody secretions using protein-patterned microwells'. This database contains the original microscopy images etc. of: (i) PDMS microwell fabrication, (ii) protein patterning (inside microwells), and (iii) detection of antibodies secreted by cells. The data is subdivided into what was used for each figure in the article. The used software and script to perform data analysis are described in the article.
