scMOVIR

scMOVIR is a multi-omics database for human viral infections and immune responses, which integrates transcriptomic, proteomic, and immune receptor repertoire data at single-cell resolution. scMOVIR incorporates 8,532 samples covering 114 viral species, subtypes, and strains, 59 disease states, and over 30 tissue types, spanning acute and chronic infection contexts, virus-associated cancers, vaccination cohorts, and therapeutic intervention studies. All datasets are subjected to standardized processing, quality control, and unified annotation to ensure consistency and interoperability. We performed multi-layered analyses, including differential gene and protein expression profiling, functional enrichment, cell–cell communication inference, and clonality characterization.scMOVIR是面向人类病毒感染与免疫应答的多组学（multi-omics）数据库，整合了单细胞分辨率下的转录组学（transcriptomic）、蛋白质组学（proteomic）及免疫受体库（immune receptor repertoire）数据。该库共收录8532份样本，涵盖114种病毒物种、亚型及毒株、59种疾病状态以及30余种组织类型，覆盖急性感染、慢性感染、病毒相关癌症、疫苗接种队列与治疗干预研究等多种研究场景。所有数据集均经过标准化处理、质量控制与统一注释，以确保数据的一致性与互操作性。本库还开展了多层级分析，包括差异基因与蛋白质表达谱分析、功能富集分析、细胞间通讯推断以及克隆性特征解析。
