ProRule

We have created a new database, ProRule, which contains additional information about PROSITE profiles. ProRule contains notably the position of structurally and/or functionally critical amino acids, as well as the condition they must fulfill to play their biological role.我们构建了一款全新的数据库ProRule，其收录了关于PROSITE特征谱（PROSITE profiles）的补充信息。其中尤为关键的是，ProRule包含了结构关键和/或功能关键氨基酸的位点，以及这些氨基酸发挥生物学功能所必须满足的条件。
