This study is to investigate the changes of gut microbiota in patients with Alzheimers disease . Totally 30 cases of AD patients and 30 age and sex matched healthy individuals were enrolled. DNA was extracted from fecal specimens. The 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the composition of microbiota. Bioinformatics analysis was used to analyze the sequencing data of gut microbiota.
