FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for protein synthesis of interest in a plant or part of a plant. Such method includes treatment of a plant to increase production of secondary biomass of leaves with subsequent introduction into plant of one or more， than one nucleic acid coding protein of interest， functionally related to regulatory area， which is active in plant. Then this plant is maintained under conditions which provide expression in plant or in part of plants of nucleic acid sequence coding protein of interest.
