Microglia are the resident immune cells in the brain that play a key role in driving neuroinflammation. In this study, we performed transcriptional characterization of commercially available human iPSC-derived microglia-like (iMGL) cells by bulk and single cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: Cells were grown for 4 days in culture. We performed treatment of cells with 2 LXR agonists. Gene expression was profiled using single cell RNA sequencing.
