Internet election 2013

In the spring of 2013 the Institute for Sosial Research (ISF) commissioned by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation to lead the evaluation of the second attempt with voting via the Internet in Norway. This time voters in 12 selected municipalities would get the opportunity to vote via the Internet by the parliamentary elections in 2013. The mission meant essentially a follow-up of the survey-based part of the evaluation in 2011, as well as some detailed issues. The experiment with voting via the Internet in the local elections in 2011 would be repeated and expanded by the parliamentary elections in 2013.

2013年春季，社会研究学会（Institute for Sosial Research，ISF）受挪威地方政府与现代化部委托，主导挪威第二次互联网投票试点的评估工作。此次，挪威12个选定自治市的选民将可在2013年议会选举期间通过互联网参与投票。本次评估任务本质上是对2011年评估中基于调查的部分开展跟踪工作，并补充若干细节议题。2011年地方选举中的互联网投票试点将在2013年议会选举中得到延续与拓展。
