Replication Data for: Trabecular bone structural units (BSU) and their cement lines change with age, bone volume fraction, structure, and strength in human vertebrae

Comma separated value (CSV) files are provided containing the raw values of the bone structural unit (BSU), trabecular bone profile (Tb.Pf), and μCT architectural measures collected from the L2 vertebrae of 8 young and 8 old women. It also includes the compressive strengths for the neighbouring L3 vertebrae. Summary statistics for the BSU and Tb.Pf measures are also provided as PDF files. (N.B. There are missing/corrupted data values on lines 5054 and 13689 of the BSU file that could not be recovered. Those specific cells should be omitted during any analyses.)
