The chlorine content of lead-acid battery separators is an important criterion for battery quality evaluation. This dataset conducts chlorine content detection on lead-acid battery separators, which is of great significance for the technological improvement of enterprises and the development of relevant industries.
1. Product testing: Detect lead-acid battery separators. Take two sample volumes: V = 20 mL and V₂ = 200 mL. Calculate and record the chlorine content by reading and recording the sample mass m and the consumption volume V of the chlorine standard solution;
2. Data processing: Chlorine content = 0.00005*V*V₂/(m*V₁)*100;
3. Compare the obtained test data with the standard requirement (chlorine content ≤ 0.0030%) to determine whether the test data falls within the standard range;
