接触轨几何参数装置主要用于对第三供电轨位置信息(接触轨轨高和轨偏)进行连续精确测量,并针对超限数据实时报警,指导工程人员及时维修和处理;其实现方法基于结构光技术实现接触轨图像采集,对实时采集图像信息进行光条提取、滤波和坐标转换等,并融合线路数据库信息,对接触轨位置信息(接触轨轨高和轨偏)进行精确测量和记录;本数据集为广州地铁5号线接触轨试车线检测数据,数据量约200KB。
The contact rail geometric parameter detection device is primarily designed for continuous and accurate measurement of the position information of the third power supply rail, specifically the rail height and rail deviation of the contact rail. It also issues real-time alarms for out-of-limit data to guide engineering personnel to conduct timely maintenance and handling. Its implementation adopts structured light technology to collect contact rail images, performs operations such as light stripe extraction, filtering and coordinate conversion on the real-time collected image information, and fuses with line database information to accurately measure and record the position information of the contact rail (rail height and rail deviation). This dataset comprises detection data from the contact rail test track of Guangzhou Metro Line 5, with a total data volume of approximately 200 KB.
