RNAseq analysis of liver CD8T cell subsets in a murine liver fibrosis resolution model. Mus musculus

To explore key features associated with the resolution process in liver fibrosis, we here applied a unique murine model, in which mice were fed HFHC diet for 24 weeks, and then continued with the HFHC diet (HFHC) or switched to a normal diet (RES) for 5 weeks. Liver CD8T cell subsets (na?ve : CD45+TCRb+NK1.1-CD4-CD8+CD44-CD62L+, Tem : CD45+TCRb+NK1.1-CD4-CD8+CD44+CD62L-KLRG1-CD69-, Trm : CD45+TCRb+NK1.1-CD4-CD8+CD44+CD62L-KLRG1-CD69+) were separated from liver mononuclear cells by FACS sorting. We compared the mRNA profiles of na?ve CD8T cells (normal diet fed mice derived), Tem cells (HFHC mice derived), Trm cells (HFHC mice derived), and Trm cells (RES mice derived).
