15071 - Aid for voluntary return and aid for humanitarian return

The Ministerial Order of 16 January 2013 reformed the system by replacing assisted voluntary return (ARV), assisted humanitarian return (ARH) and assisted return (AR) with a new system.
assistance with return and reintegration for third-country nationals and foreign nationals who are nationals of a Member State of the European Union, of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation and their family members.

In 2013, 7,386 return grants were granted by OFII, compared to 17,573 in 2012.

2013年1月16日颁布的部长令对相关制度进行了改革，以全新体系取代原有的自愿协助返回（assisted voluntary return, ARV）、人道主义协助返回（assisted humanitarian return, ARH）及协助返回（assisted return, AR）三类援助机制。
该新制度将为第三国国民，以及欧盟成员国、《欧洲经济区协定》其他缔约国或瑞士联邦的国民及其家属提供返回与重返社会援助。
2013年，法国移民与融入办公室（Office français de l'immigration et de l'intégration, OFII）共核发7386份返回补助，2012年该数量为17573份。
