Overview This dataset comprises observations of active regions (ARs) on the Sun using the observations from [1] Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) and [2] helioseismic Global Oscillation Network Group (GONG), from May 2010 to May 2016. The dataset provides a comparison of the far-side ARs from EUV at 304 Å and GONG helioseismic phase-shift data. This manual provides a structured approach to analyzing and interpreting the presented dataset, facilitating comprehensive studies of solar active regions. Data products I - Global AR based on the global EUV observations (1) EUV/AR Binary Map [Global_EUV_AR_fits.zip]: Each EUV/AR binary map was derived from the correspond EUV/304Å one, highlighting the detected ARs on both the near side (Earth-facing) and far side of the Sun. (2) EUV/AR csv Table [Global_EUV_AR_csv.zip]: The characteristics of the identified EUV/ARs were listed in a corresponding csv table. These characteristics includes the given AR number, latitude/longitude, area (in millions of hemisphere μH), EUV brightness, tilt angle, latitudinal/longitudinal extensions, and the side of observation. II - AR based on the far-side GONG observations (1) Far-side EUV AR binary Maps [FarSide_EUV.zip]: Each FarSide EUV/AR binary map represent the active regions on the FarSide ONLY. (2) Far-side phase-shift GONG dataset [FarSide_GONG.zip] : This dataset includes: - New noise-reduced averaged far-side GONG maps at times 00:00 UT and 12:00 UT, - Corresponding FarSide GONG/AR binary map, highlighting the detected ARs on the far side of the Sun. - GONG/AR csv Tables, including the characteristics of the identified GONG/ARs. These characteristics includes the given AR number, latitude/longitude, area (in millions of hemisphere μH), ConfusionValue, total, mean, and minimum phase-shift values. (3) Visualization for the FarSide ARs [FarSide_PNG.zip]

## 数据集概述 本数据集收录了2010年5月至2016年5月期间,基于文献[1]的极紫外(Extreme Ultraviolet, EUV)观测与文献[2]的日震学全球振荡网络小组(Global Oscillation Network Group, GONG)观测数据,获取的太阳活动区(Active Regions, ARs)相关观测结果。本数据集针对304埃波段极紫外观测得到的太阳远侧活动区与GONG日震相移数据开展了对比分析,并提供了一套结构化的分析与解读方法,为太阳活动区的系统性研究提供支撑。 ## 数据产品 ### I 基于全球极紫外观测的全球活动区数据 (1) 极紫外/活动区二值图(Global_EUV_AR_fits.zip): 每张极紫外/活动区二值图均由对应的304埃极紫外图像生成,用于高亮显示太阳近侧(朝向地球一侧)与远侧的已探测活动区。 (2) 极紫外/活动区CSV表格(Global_EUV_AR_csv.zip): 已识别的极紫外活动区特征被整理至对应的CSV表格中,包含活动区编号、经纬度、面积(单位:百万半球面积μH)、极紫外亮度、倾角、纬向与经向延展范围以及观测侧别等信息。 ### II 基于远侧GONG观测的活动区数据 (1) 远侧极紫外活动区二值图(FarSide_EUV.zip): 每张远侧极紫外/活动区二值图仅展示太阳远侧的活动区分布。 (2) 远侧相移GONG数据集(FarSide_GONG.zip): 本数据集包含以下内容: - 世界时(Universal Time, UT)00:00与12:00时刻的全新降噪平均远侧GONG图像; - 对应的远侧GONG/活动区二值图,用于高亮显示太阳远侧的已探测活动区; - GONG/活动区CSV表格,收录已识别的GONG活动区特征,包括活动区编号、经纬度、面积(单位:百万半球面积μH)、混淆值(ConfusionValue)、总相移值、平均相移值与最小相移值。 (3) 远侧活动区可视化结果(FarSide_PNG.zip)
