在用M2类型汽油车燃料采用火花塞放电点火燃烧,燃烧后产物发生高温离解倾向,特别是某些死区点不着火或在某些工况下断火,使汽油机排放物中含有碳氢化合物(hc)。因此对车辆尾气碳氢化合物含量进行检测,为汽油车尾气排放是否合格提供事实依据,为环保监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。1.数据采集:对在用M2型汽油车尾气碳氢化合物含量进行检测。2.数据检测:稀释气体由排放尾气和环境空气混合而成,利用空气中氧气浓度值,分析仪测得尾气中hc浓度以及稀释气体中hc浓度,可得到进入流量计的排放尾气被空气稀释的比例;测量的结果经温度和压力修正,获得标准体积流,根据尾气的稀释比例,计算出排放尾气的实际流量。根据尾气成份浓度和尾气流量,可测出汽油车尾气中排放污染物含量。该数据和底盘测功机检测发动机实际输出功率相结合,实时分析车辆在负荷工况下排气污染物的排放质量。3.数据处理:hc=∑(浓度×密度×排气流量)/∑车辆当量行驶距离,其中浓度由排气分析仪测量得到,污染物的密度采用标态下的数值,主机系统进行计算和显示时,排气流量校正为标准状态下的流量。碳氢化合物限值为1.6(g/km),超过该数值为不合格。4.数据应用:通过检测数据分析研判,可以判断汽油车尾气碳氢化合物含量是否超标,为环保监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。
For in-use M2 category gasoline vehicles, fuel is combusted via spark plug ignition, and the combustion products tend to undergo high-temperature dissociation. Especially in some dead zones where ignition fails or misfire occurs under certain operating conditions, hydrocarbons (HC) are contained in the exhaust emissions of gasoline engines. Therefore, detecting the hydrocarbon (HC) content in vehicle exhaust provides factual evidence for verifying whether gasoline vehicle exhaust emissions meet regulatory standards, and offers data support for environmental supervision and vehicle management.
1. Data Collection: Detect the hydrocarbon (HC) content in the exhaust of in-use M2 category gasoline vehicles.
2. Data Testing: The diluted gas is a mixture of raw exhaust emissions and ambient air. Using the oxygen concentration in the ambient air, the analyzer measures the HC concentration in the raw exhaust and that in the diluted gas, thereby calculating the dilution ratio of the exhaust entering the flow meter via ambient air. The measured results are corrected for temperature and pressure to obtain the standard volumetric flow rate, and the actual flow rate of the exhaust gas is derived based on the exhaust dilution ratio. With the exhaust component concentration and exhaust flow rate, the content of emitted pollutants in the exhaust of gasoline vehicles can be quantified. Combined with the actual engine output power detected by a chassis dynamometer, this data enables real-time analysis of the exhaust pollutant emission quality of vehicles under loaded operating conditions.
3. Data Processing: HC = Σ(concentration × density × exhaust flow rate) / Σ(equivalent driving distance of vehicles), where the concentration is measured by the exhaust gas analyzer, the pollutant density adopts values under standard conditions, and when the host system performs calculations and displays results, the exhaust flow rate is corrected to the flow rate under standard conditions. The hydrocarbon emission limit is 1.6 grams per kilometer (g/km), and exceeding this value indicates non-compliant emissions.
4. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of the detection data, it can be determined whether the hydrocarbon content in gasoline vehicle exhaust exceeds the standard, providing data support for environmental supervision and vehicle management.
