柯乐猪

以贵州省赫章县柯乐乡为集散地而得名。与法地猪、朱昌猪、台沙猪等同种异名。主产于贵州省的西北部高寒区的威宁、赫章两县。主要分布于毕节、纳雍、大方、黔西、金沙、水城、盘县等县。采用保护区和保护场保种。抗逆性强，特别耐粗饲，后腿发达，肉质优良，是生产火腿的上等原料。但生长发育缓慢，饲养周期长，产仔数较少。资源纯交易性共享、资源交换性共享、合作，现场获取。It takes its name from Kele Township, Hezhang County, Guizhou Province, which was once its primary distribution hub. It has synonymous names including Fadi Pig, Zhuchang Pig and Taisa Pig, referring to the same breed. The breed is primarily produced in Weining and Hezhang counties, the alpine regions in northwest Guizhou Province, and is also widely distributed in Bijie, Nayong, Dafang, Qianxi, Jinsha, Shuicheng and Panxian counties. Its germplasm resources are conserved via nature reserves and specialized breeding farms. This breed boasts strong stress resistance, excellent roughage tolerance, well-developed hind legs and high-quality meat, making it a premium raw material for ham production. However, it has slow growth and development, a long feeding cycle and relatively low litter size. The germplasm resources are accessible through pure transactional sharing, resource exchange sharing, cooperative utilization and on-site acquisition.
