MiRNA microarray for exosome of H1299 cells after irradiation

Objective: to find out the exosome miRNA of H1299 cells that can be changed by ionizing radiation H1299 cells cultured in vitro received 0Gy (control group) and 10Gy (experimental group) ionizing radiation, and then the supernatant was taken to extract exosomes. The above exosomes were detected by miRNA microarray in groups.
