Evaluation of a Spiritual Leadership Model

The research purpose was to identify the characteristics of spiritual leadership in a Health Foundation of João Pessoa city based on the Holistic Model of Spiritual Leadership (Oh and Wang, 2020). To achieve this research objective we used an interpretive case study guided by the five components and 47 factors of the Holistic Model of Spiritual Leadership (Oh and Wang, 2020), which supported the semi-structured interviews with the leadership and followers.
