Continuous atmospheric measurements of CH₄, CO, CO₂ and meteorological parameters at Port-de-Bouc (PdB), France (2021–2023)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides continuous high-frequency (1-minute resolution) measurements of methane (CH₄), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and meteorological parameters (air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and direction) collected at the Port-de-Bouc (PdB) station, located in the industrial area of Fos-sur-Mer, southeastern France. The data cover the period from June 4, 2021 to May 31, 2023, and were acquired as part of the ANR COoL-AMmetropolis project (grant number ANR-19-CE03-0008), which aims to characterize urban and industrial emissions of greenhouse gases and atmospheric pollutants. CH₄, CO, and CO₂ mole fractions were measured using a cavity ring-down spectrometer (CRDS), and meteorological variables with Campbell sensors. This Level-2 dataset (final processed data) has been used in "A two-year analysis of atmospheric CH₄ variability at the Port-de-Bouc urban-industrial site, Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis, France", which investigates the spatio-temporal variability of methane enhancements in this high-emission region. Any use of this dataset should cite the ANR COoL-AMmetropolis project (grant number ANR-19-CE03-0008) and its investigators, as well as the dataset itself using its DOI.
