Phylogenetic analysis of Corona and other relevant viruses using discrete wavelet transform

This dataset contains six FASTA files containing Coronavirus, Influenza virus, Rhinovirus, and Dengue virus sequences. These datasets were used to evaluate the manuscript "Lifting scheme-based wavelet transform method for improved genomic classification and sequence analysis of Coronavirus " authored by Subhajit Kar, Madhabi Ganguly, and Supratik Sen.
