The DNA methylation landscape of MCF-10A breast epithelial cells upon octanoic acid (OA) exposure, in the presence or absence of CBR5884, was analyzed using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC microarray. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from MCF-10A breast epithelial cells were exposed to vehicle (PBS or PBS plus DMSO), Octanoic Acid or Octanoic Acid plus CBR-5884 for 24 hours were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC microarray.
